You said you’re goin’ east
but I live in the far west
I don’t really see you comin’ back
but who knows
this life is a late harvest
I like to think
This car runs slow on the spanish hills
I wonder if anyone ever lived here
you would have said something like
let’s get lost in there
Dried up highways and silent roads
helped me getting through
hi’s & lo’s
My hopes
are standing in the way of all the fine folks
livin’ up the hills with their guilty ropes
why should I even care
You said you’re goin’ east but I live in the far west
I don’t really see you comin’ back
but who knows
this life is a late harvest
I like to think
Now I see the world goin’ on fire
what yesterday was sure today is not
who’s up in a golden throne now tomorrow may fall
we all have to go through hi’s & lo’s

acdc - Live at ZDB

When we burned the fence of the neighbour
He was blastin’ ac/dc on an old stereo
Then the english girl left
because of his horse
she broke his leg
during a ride
And he put him down
that horse wasn't use anymore
he was a mean man
with a mean mind
blastin ac/dc on an old stereo
creepin around the fire for hours
not saying a word
he was goin’ down hard on weed, canned whiskey&coke
after becky lou's party
many people split
some went down to melbourne to squat in Lygon street
But Storm hanged around
with her royal ancestry
and her plastic surgery
and her beautiful crossed eyes
and I wondered
if I had what it takes
to be a good man, with a clear mind
not fearing anything through the shiverin’ night
those summer storms blown all us away
we didn't have much to do but we did it our own way
fishin’ lines at the old jim's barn
there were tunes in the air it was lotta fun
but beware of the snakes in the tall tall grass
if the king catches you
you'll be gone fast

Dumb - Live at ZDB

How I got here
I dont know
these distant shores
two black boots
on the horizon slides
the great old snakes
that turns the whole world
but to make a fire
it takes two
air and wood
thoughts and words
kept on burnin and through
the sparking flesh
i’ve seen the me in you
we’ve been apart
for the lifetime of last moon
but there’s a new one rising
and under her glow
i’m too dumb
will you show me how to dance on the days that are gone
i’m too dumb
will you shine with me for the ones
that still have to come
i’m too dumb
i’ll sing a song on the embers of this love
to keep it whole
to make it
it’s electric fire
this is a place
I don’t belong
I can’t stand all
these part time hippies
drowing guitars in the hot water with
their lips on the medicine
we took a trip
trough the woods
on our knees
past the river where they’re hiding all the animals
that live inside of me
we’ve been apart for the lifetime of last moon
but there’s a new one rising
and under her glow
i’m too dumb
will you show me how to dance
on the days that are gone
i’m too dumb
will you shine with me for the ones
that still have to come
i’m too dumb
still I sing a song on the embers of this love
to keep it whole
to make it
it’s electric fire
